At Custom Commercial Services we are not only debt collectors we are also fully licenced and accredited Commercial Agents and Private Inquiry Agents, therefore we have the ability to search for and locate missing persons and skipped debtors. We have our own Investigation Department which just specialises in the area of locating skipped debtors and missing persons. In addition we have our licenced C.A.P.I agents located throughout the whole of Australia; we also conduct surveillance, repossessions and make face to face demands for payment. Face to face demands for payment have proven to be beneficial in not only collecting your money but also locating a debtor’s new address as it allows the agent to make contact with the current occupants. We don’t give up! If we are unable to locate immediately we continue to keep the file open in our Investigation Department for as long as needed. Skipped debtors are monitored for a 6 year period and judgment debtors for up to 12 years. The added bonus is we review each file at quarterly intervals with no extra cost to you.
